convenient location and clean rooms
central location friendly staff
the hotel is in a central location, near many attractions. it made it easy to walk to grafton street. i found the rooms to be clean. the staff were friendly and courteous. i enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of my room at night.

great location luggage storage spring water
the location proved unbeatable. i found trinity college very close. luggage storage was available, which i used. the complimentary spring water in my room was definitely a plus.
the old room i was in did not resemble the photos!

Service Issues Detracted from the Stay
slow service staffing levels
I encountered some issues. The service in the pub was slow one evening. We waited a long time for our dessert order to be taken. It was disappointing. The staff seemed understaffed that night and I had to seek them out myself. This affected my overall experience negatively. I think management should look into staffing levels to avoid issues like this in the future.
